Delete your Swish account.

Swish, the photo animation and video app by Rootlex Technologies Pvt Ltd, lets you delete your account and the data linked to it, from inside the app or by email.

In the app

1. Open Swish and go to Settings.
2. Tap Account, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. Deletion happens right away.

What gets deleted

• Any active Swish Pro AutoPay is cancelled immediately, so you won't be charged again.
• Your Swish Pro billing records on the Swish server: your user id, Razorpay customer id, email address, subscription id, plan and status.
• Any AI replies you reported, with your notes.
• Your Swish sign-in account (your Firebase Authentication account: name, email, profile photo and user id).

What stays, and why

• Projects on your phone. They never left the phone, so deleting your account doesn't touch them. To remove them, uninstall Swish.
• Payment records at Razorpay. Razorpay processed your payments and must keep its records of them for as long as the law requires.

AI edit requests go from your phone straight to Google under your own Gemini API key and never reach the Swish server, so there's nothing of them for us to delete. Google's handling of them follows your key's terms.

Can't open the app?

Email contact@rootlex.com from the Gmail address of the Google account you use with Swish, with the subject Delete my Swish account. We delete the same data listed above within 30 days and reply to confirm.
