How cancelling Swish Pro works, and when you get your money back. Swish Pro is sold by Rootlex Technologies Pvt Ltd through Razorpay Subscriptions.

The plans

• Weekly: ₹5 a week
• Monthly: ₹2,000 a month
• Yearly: ₹18,000 a year

Each plan renews automatically, by UPI AutoPay or card, until you cancel.

How to cancel

• In the app: Settings, then Swish Pro, then Cancel AutoPay.
• Or revoke the Swish mandate in your UPI app.

Pro stays on until the end of the period you've already paid for. Nothing renews after that.

Refunds

There are no refunds for a partly used period. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it doesn't refund the current one.

When we refund in full

If you were charged twice for the same period, or charged and Pro was never unlocked, we refund that charge in full to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Email contact@rootlex.com within 7 days of the charge. Include the payment date and the Razorpay payment id or subscription id (you'll find them in the payment message from Razorpay or your UPI app). Write from the email address you sign in to Swish with, so we can find your account.

Prices and taxes

Prices include applicable taxes. If a price changes, we'll tell you before your next renewal, and the new price applies from that renewal. You can cancel before it does.
